In 2017, Tim Nolan was appointed as President of Bulls i Toy. Tim Nolan brought a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the company, steering it toward new heights. Under Tim Nolan’s leadership, Bulls i Toy continued to innovate and solidify its presence in the toy industry. The creation of proprietary brands, including Brainstem®, Squidgets®, Squish’Ums!® and Cutie Cuff® was an important transition for the company. These proprietary brands were designed to cater to specific preferences and trends within the toy industry.
Brainstem® appeals to those interested in educational and science-themed toys, Squidgets® targets the fidget world with squishy, engaging toys, Squish’Ums!® is all about squishy fun with collectible slow-rise foam characters, and Cutie Cuff® characters are fashionable, plush slap bands. This strategic move to develop in-house brands not only allowed the company to differentiate itself from competitors but also provided an opportunity for creative expression and brand identity.
